FIVE OPERATING COMPANIES
One structure.
Many businesses.
One ARCA.
ARCA buys and operates profitable service companies in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean, and gives them the structure of a large group without taking away control.

13 YEARS OPERATING
WHO WE ARE
We don’t fund operators.
We don’t fund operators.
We are one.
We buy companies that already work and give them what a mid-sized business cannot afford alone: capital with no exit clock, shared administration, and directors who have run operations themselves.
Five names, five P&Ls, one way of working.
ABOUT THE GROUP →
PURPOSE
A good business shouldn’t depend
A good business shouldn’t depend
on its founder always being available.
MISSION
Give mid-sized companies the structure only large ones have: patient capital, shared systems and management that answers.
VISION
A group that grows by adding companies, not absorbing them — and that ten years from now still carries the names it started with.
WHAT WE BRING
Three things a mid-sized company can’t afford on its own
01
Patient capital
Money to grow with no exit clock behind it. The horizon is measured in decades.
02
Shared systems
Administration, purchasing and management control shared across the five companies.
03
Management that answers
People who have run businesses, not a committee. Someone picks up the phone on a Tuesday in August.
VALUES
Four values,
Four values,
each with
a consequence.
Each one changes how we decide.
01
Verifiable
No figure without a period and a source. If it can’t be audited, it isn’t published.
02
Operator
Whoever decides knows the operation. Nobody weighs in on what they haven’t seen.
03
Autonomy
Each company runs its own business. The group provides structure, not permission.
04
Permanence
We buy to operate, not to resell. The horizon is measured in decades.
THE GROUP AT WORK
Real work, real light, nobody posing

The questions every seller

asks us first.
Answered here the way we answer them on the phone, before anything is signed.
ASK YOUR OWN QUESTION →
Do I have to leave the company?
No. Several of the directors running our companies today are the people who sold them to us. If you do want out, the handover is planned over months and taught to someone, not announced on a Friday.
What happens to my people?
They keep their job, their manager and the way they work. We have never bought a company in order to cut it in half — the numbers only work if the operation keeps running.
Does the company keep its name?
Yes, and its brand, its invoices and its client relationships. ARCA appears in the group’s accounts, not on your door.
What do you need to see?
Three years of accounts, the client list by revenue, and the last twelve months of bank activity. No data room, and no investment bank in between.
How long does it take?
The first call tells you whether it is a fit. Diligence is the long part — four to six weeks, looking at the operation and not only at EBITDA. Everything after that moves at the speed of licenses and banks.
What do you buy, exactly?
Profitable, owner-operated companies in essential services, freight, retail and real assets, in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean. Operating majority only — no minority stakes, no turnarounds.
LOGBOOK
We write down how we do this
One idea per entry, every two weeks: how a company is bought, held and run. The same answers we give on the phone.
NEXT STEP
Do you run a company
Do you run a company
that fits here?
A call with the person who decides, no investment bank in between. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so in the first conversation.
