THESIS

A good business shouldn’t depend
on its founder always being available.

We exist to give mid-sized companies the structure only large ones have: our own capital, shared systems and management that answers. Without absorbing their brand or their culture.

FOUR PRINCIPLES

Why this works

A fund buys to sell. A consultancy leaves. ARCA stays: it picks up the phone on a Tuesday in August.

01 We operate, we don’t finance The group is run from inside the companies. Nobody weighs in on what they haven’t seen.
02 We buy to stay The money is the partners’ own capital and the cash flow of the companies we run. There is no fund behind it, so nobody can require a sale.
03 Autonomy with structure Each company runs its own business. The group provides capital and systems, not permission.
04 Everything verifiable No figure without a period and a source. If it can’t be audited, it isn’t published.
POSITION

The operator, not the investor

For founders who want continuity rather than a quick exit, the difference is who stays after signing.

A private equity fund Buys to sell in five or seven years. The calendar rules the operation. →ARCA has no exit date.
A consultancy Comes in, advises and leaves. Execution stays with the client. →ARCA executes and lives with the result.
A financial holding Consolidates accounts and watches metrics from outside. →ARCA operates from inside the companies.
WHY IT IS BUILT THIS WAY

One face to the market.
Many companies beneath it.

NOBODY IS RENAMED Each company keeps its legal name ARCA sits beside them as a shared structure; it replaces nothing. The group gains coherence without anyone giving up what they built.
STABILITY Underneath, the legal structure can change Legal entities can be acquired or restructured without changing the public face. The brand is the constant; the legal vehicles are the flexible part.
THE LANE Business management, not financial services ARCA sits in business administration and management. It is not a fund, an investment adviser or a capital vehicle — and it doesn’t speak like one.
HOW A COMPANY JOINS

From the first call to the first year

1CONVERSATION A call with the founder. No investment bank in between.
2DILIGENCE We look at the operation and the accounts, not just EBITDA. Four to six weeks.
3AGREEMENT Operating majority, continuity of team and name.
4INTEGRATION Shared administration and systems in the first year. The business itself is left alone.
5AFTERWARDS The company is still theirs. The group answers when needed.
WHAT WE ARE NOT

Said plainly

We don’t buy to resell. We don’t replace teams that work. We don’t fold the brands under the ARCA name. We don’t enter businesses we don’t understand.
